Since it took me so long to put everything together, a couple of the articles are from June. I wanted to include them though because they’re great.

Who’s the audience?
I admire your putting yourself out there like that — but I’m confused who the magazine is for? Obviously it’s not a guy’s mag a la Maxim, since the only naked person in it is, ummm, well, you get my point. But neither is it artsy and intellectual, the way H-Bomb tried to be, so I can’t picture the bisexual or art photography crowd lining up to have a look either. Probably the biggest drawback is the wretched visual design.
You need to find an art director, and fast. But I think it’s great you had the courage to put yourself in as the first guinea pig … as I’m sure you know, you’re a good-looking guy with a fantastic, natural body. Just find some more students willing to join you! (And an art director.)
Everyone and Anyone… Seeking the Truth
You’re right. It’s not really exactly like any magazine. It’s different. It’s for those individuals seeking the truth. I saw Laurence Fishburne host Cultural Rhythms at Harvard, and he said something to the effect of, “You know why I like you guys [Harvard students]? Because you’re all searching for something in common: the truth, or love, or whatever you want to call it.” That’s what this magazine is about. The truth is that sex and nudity can be beautiful things, privately or publicly.
And I will continue to seek wisdom as Andy Andrews suggests in his awesome book The Traveler’s Gift and disseminate the truth to the world because the truth will change your life.
As for the art, we kept it simple because although I love art, this is not an art magazine. It’s more about the photos, interviews, and articles. So, we spent more time and resources on the photo shoots, interviews, and articles than we did on the art. We will improve everything in future issues.

Yes, I’m actually usually a bit larger when I’m soft, but it was cold outside. Plus, I tend to get shrinkage when I’m nervous. That was my first photo shoot, so you could say I was pushing my comfort zone just a little bit.

Preventing STIs
I think it’s great to get tested with or without your partner. I also think it’s a good idea to always wear a condom to be safe… because it’s not cheating if it’s with a sheep (haha… jk). But seriously, always wear a condom. You never know what STIs your partner can pick up and how.
